I told my sister about SlenderMan at dinner tonight, and I just put her to bed and she's freaked out! Mom isn't home, and if she wakes me up at the middle of the night, I don't know what to say other than "Look Kel, Slendy is not real, so get to bed."

There are adults that this movie would scare. Stop terrorizing your sister. It's neither funny nor cute.

How old is she ? If she is very young that was an immature thing to do to her.Telling kids ghost stories etc, can cause all sorts of anxiety problems.

Moved comment by neoncookie >>> She's thirteen, but isn't that old enough? I was learned that story when I was nine.

It may not have affected you. Some kids go on to develop anxieties.

Well you have this question covered. I'm off to the next question. Stop telling your sister scary stories if you do not want to be responsible for the end result.
