      "TRAIN Hmm sounds like he has gone off the "Rail " "Ok you can get books how to "Train your dog In your local Library Like my "Wife did to "Train "ME" It works ! I am as quite as a "MOUSE !!

          Is he neutered?  If not threaten this if he does not behave!  Seriously, do have him neutered, it will help prevent some of these territorial aggressive behaviors.

            Shelties are hard wired to bark. They can’t be trained. That’s the extent of what I know.
