This forum is world wide.  Where do you live?

You need an aerial antenna, an analog TV (not a flat screen) and a converter box to translate the digital language of the signal to analog for the TV.

Depending upon where you live, you might be able to get stations with a "rabbit ears" antenna.

I have an old B&W portable TV from the 1960s and thought I would check it out. It turned on ok. I got the rabbit ears up then tuned around an found a channel. Much to my surprise they were playing “ The Lawrence Welk Show” and I felt like a time traveler listening to the Polka, like a 15 year old kid. Then I felt ill and dizzy, thought I would throw-up and my heart started pounding. So I turned the TV off and went to bed to take a nap. I ‘m feeling better now.  Thanks for your concern…it was a joke. What year is it? Really…it’s a joke.
