    i bought new oil burner and hot water heater. I was told National Grid would give me $1655.00 in credits in the form of a visa card. my National Grid Account Number is 115-53-5246-1.

      You need to call National Grid and discuss this with them.  By the way, did you fill out the proper paperwork and send it in to them already?  It may take several weeks.
