Because the app messed up and glitch when those 3 got suspended. For some odd reason, it placed them on the top members page after the suspension. The admin know about it and have alerted the development team. They will get it corrected at some point.

I think we all figured that there must be a glitch as it was spontaneous and didn't make sense...
