it just spins over
OK, so the engine cranks and turns over but nothing more. I'm going to assume that you have checked to make sure you have gas. Here is the guide for your issue > http://www.samarins.com/diagnose/index2.html
Then it could be your points. Check all spark plugs to make sure they are secure. For the points, make sure the distributor cap is on securely. if it's lose, check to make sure the points are clean and seated properly.
