Read the story of Ruth in the bible. Then, plant yourself in a place where young men might be. .......like get a job in a resturant......if you're old enough to work. Ask God to bring the right boy into your life, and he will. The rest of the time, join groups.......like extra cirricular activites.

Well, what I think is spend time with the boy you like.Like be his friend and I don't know if this is the right word,but try to be attractive( if this is the wrong word then try to make him flirt about you).And maybe do hobbies that he likes.
