I bought this satellite C855D that came with a built in webcam. It worked when I got it but I had to take this Laptop back to out or box state. Then get rid of Toshiba as my desktop page because it is too annoying - to much work trying to get anywhere because even thow I bought and registered it with them it didn't reconize my registration. How do I get my webcam to work or know that it is working right ? I went to face book and in chat clicked on video cam - it came on and I could see and hear my friend - But he could see me and not hear me - How do I find out who's end is not working right ??

You can see and hear him. He can see you but not hear you. Either your mic is not working or his sound is muted. Check your mic, have him check to make sure his speakers are on, working and not muted.
