    unsufficient memory storage

    I want  to open a file but it doesn´t work because I get  "insufficient memory storage" though there is enough storage.

      Insufficient, not unsufficient. You need to delete some stuff on your computer to make more storage room or increase your memory. If you live in the USA and have a Best Buy near you, go see the Geek squad, they can add memory.
