      po411 lose or broken vacuum line. 


      po401 check  EGR valve vacumm hose 


      po171  the Mass Airflow sensor may need cleaning due to an air filter having not been properly seated and allowing debris to get past the filter. 


      In a nutshell, check all airlines.
