Because akaQA is supposed to be in English, so that everyone would understand and will be able to respond.

I'm scratching my head over this comment Jenp. You only want people who speak English to ask and answer questions yet akaQA is suppose to be a worldwide forum. The last time I checked not everyone in this world speaks English.
Isn't this why we have Google translate and other sites which translate other languages so we as akaQA volunteers can answer questions asked in any language? Don't you think we communicate with more people when we are able to answer them in their own language!
( I have been told that you are a member of the Admin team so I'm bewildered that you would post this answer on a worldwide forum where not everyone speaks the English language).
