We loved "Killing Kennedy" and I bought my husband "Killing Lincoln" for Christmas (of course I plan to read it after he does!)

      Nancy, if that was a brief letter to Bill O'Reilly, he's not on this site. You'll have to write him in care of the station or network that his show is on.
