    my son takes clonidine hcl 0.2 mg can somebody tell me if its a narcotic and if its really safe for him to take

    im tryin to find out if clonidine hcl 0.2 mg is a narcotic and is it safe for my 11 yr old to take i know how drs just like giving out pills and i want to make sure my son dont get addicted to this medication or end up with serious health problems because of it

        With whom does your son live, and was this question posed to anyone before he started taking it? Did someone accompany him to a doctor, and if it requires a prescription, was one written?

          Thanks, Colleen. Only now, did I click on the link, and found that it can have serious side effects. Seems that "mom should have worried" before, not after!
