You need to uninstall things one file at a time I suspect...unless you can zip-file first...it's tedious work but worth it in the long run...unless of course you'd rather pay a technician, which is always of benefit to body, spirit, and mind if you haven't the heart nor time for tweaking your pc content...I'm exhausted just typing you about it...anyhow, good luck.  Peace.

start with deleting emails.

try just RMB then it should come up with cut click that but don't paste it anywhere!
