I have had so many beauty Chevy trucks and vans and every one of them revealed the flasher fuse as being beneath the dashboard under the steering column a little to the left...it is glass or plastic, about an inch+ in diameter and @ 2 inches long...often it'll just be dangling there waiting for the next guy....hope this helps!
