Seriously, "good" and "cheap" cannot be combined.  If you pay an extremely low price for a car, you can be sure that you have inherited someone else's problems.  That is the reason that they are getting rid of it.  You will put lots of money into repairs so, either way you lose. If you don't have much money to spend on a car, remember that you also have to pay for license and insurance too.  Good luck.
