    With the cart on jack stands ........ remove the wheel and brake drum. Remove the C Clip behind the axle flange. You can see the clip through the hole in the flange and remove it with a 90 degree pr of C clip pliers. Use a bearing puller to remove the bearing and put the new one in and reassemble.
