      It just doesn't flow right. Here's my suggestion:


      At times however, England's Queen or Prince will grant knighthood to a foreigner. 


      But to correct yours, it would be:


      Sometimes though, England's Queen or Prince grants knighthood to foreigners.

          I dunno. I still think the physics behind a singular weight of a quarter would produce a greater rebound. But what would a guy with an Arts degree know about physics ?
