You'll need to determine what brand of faucet you have. If you have a DIY home center near you, you should be able to buy a replacement kit, or order one. I can't imagine, in this day & age, that you can't find what you need on-line. In my experience, the instructions that come with the kits are very easy to follow to obtain the desired results & you won't need a lot of tools.
