Flip the switch at the base of the device so the main screen appears.

Use the five-way, square controller on the bottom right of your Kindle to navigate to the book you want to delete.
3
Use the five-way controller again to left-click once the book is selected.
4
Use the controller to click "OK" when a box appears asking if you want to delete the item.
