You were not forced to do anything against your will. It's the internet. You can not be forced to download tool bars. What happened is you downloaded a game and did not pay attention to the download and the fact you were told that the tool bar would come along with the game if you did not uncheck the approval for the tool bar. You have to be aware of what's happening during every download. I have no idea what game you were trying to download but if you got it from a site you are not familiar with, then it was probably a scam site with no game and only the tool bar that you do not want.
