From the info I have found the majority says 1 and 1/2 turns out . That is ...very gently screw both the H and the L all the way in .Do not screw down hard. Just enough to seat then back each one out 1 1/2 turns. That should be good to start it. Then you can fine tune it from there. Just turning one a hair is a lot. So easy as it goes. Good luck.
