I would go to a service center, and have it done. Ask them if they just suck out the fluid, or flush it and drain it out. The flush/drain is the better method. Just watch out, some of these centers will try to bend you over and say there needs to be repairs on stuff that may not need doing. Be firm, and tell them all that you want is a flush, filter and refill! It should cost you no more than $150. US.
