      Apple lap tops are great and guess what- they are also compatible with windows.....How cool is it to have 2 operating systems on one lap top.   Apple has a lot of  security..it warns you if it doesn't recognize a site/ occasionally it warns to not open an e-mail etc.

        I've owned 3 Dells, one Gateway and 1 HP. I prefer the Gateway.

          We have two dell laptops one is about 7 years old still works fine. Although I think are some other makes which are equally as good.
