        Amazon would probably be the best place to start, followed by Barnes and Noble second. You might also want to try Googling the title and seeing where that leads you.

            Probably the best place is amazon.com/books. I found a used joke book there. Each copy cost me $.01 plus shipping. I bought 5 of them to give to friends for the holidays. They were all in great shape
