    why drunk and all hit and run driver go away whirh low jail time or not jail time why they dont get 20 yrs with no parole no matter who is  hi or she

      I don't know how the judicial system works.There does seem to be a lot of unfairness when it comes down to handing out sentencing.Drunk drivers, hit and run drivers  are low lifes, they should be severely punished.
