    What do I need to do to get my computer to download the updates?

    For a long time it has not accepted the downloads. My son-in-law worked on it a long time last week and couldn't get it to accept them.

    Do you have an apple or a widows computer?...One common reason (for both types) is that you do not have enough memory for the downloads...an easy fix is to make sure most of you e-mails are deleted and to delete any previous downloads. You should be able to save all these to a disc or flashdrive if you want to save them...the same works for stored and saved Word papers/letters/etc.

    I have a windows computer, with XP Professional installed. It has plenty of memory.
