My son had this problem, his throat would also generate small pebbles, like small rocks about the size of a pea at largest--smallest about the size of pinhead. Infection set in, finally it almost choked him to death so a trip to urgent care. He had surgery, 'adult tonsilectomy'.. he put this off for years at my disapproval but he's an adult. Finally it got to him.. Now months after the surgery, he is amazed at how well he can breath, swallow.. Go see a throat specialist. You probably need this done as well.
