I have lost 1stone and 4 llbs that's 18llbs in American measures since August just 3and a half months, just by cutting out bread most days, cake,biscuits,cutting down on chocolate and cutting down on potatoes. Still want to loose a bit more, I am 13 st and 1llb now . for those in America that's 183 lbs.

You can do that in many ways but you have to find a way that fit just you. Do you like to run,work out, or just eat healthy?  (*link removed by moderator*)
