go to control panel you should see it from the start menu then clck the button that says Add/Remove and it will come with all the stuff you installed and downloaded and when you see the thing that says AOL or AOL with other things at the begining or and end click on it and next to it it will say Add/Remove click on it and it will let you delete the AOL also it will come up with a survey on why you delete it it
