1. Connect the tablet to a PC with a USB cable
2. Activate USB transferring and make a backup of your music, photos, documents etc.
3. When the backup is complete, go to Settings.
4. Select Backup & Reset and choose FACTORY DATA RESET.
5. Push OK. The tablet will then start up the same way it was when it left the factory.
Now you can connect the tablet to your computer and transfer your files back to the tablet.
