Acknowledgement of a Speed Post letter time barred
I have sent one speed post letter No. ED014190565IN to one of our client at Karnal for which we have not received Acknowledgement receipt. Central office Speed Post, Karnal refused to give acknowledgement of this letter and mentioned time barred. I have booked this letter from Naraina Post office pin No. 110028 on 13.08.2010 and complaint for acknowledgement on 16.10.2010 which is within the time. What is the next step to get this acknowledgement as it is required for legal purposes and submit to court.
