I have divorced but my wife is refusing to cooperate in the financial arrangements. Solicitors are too expensive. What should I do?

Give her half of everything. You can't be more fairer than that.

Who has custody, if it's you use the Child support Agency, they will make she pay, even taking money from her salery before she get's it.

Find out what she thinks is fair, offer a  compromise, then let a magistrate decide.
