If breast cancer is untreated, then yes, you do get an outward orange peel looking eruption......b/c it is starting to grow out of the breast. That's what happened to my grandma, b/c they didn't do chemo and radiation back then. She didn't want to have surgery , b/c she didn't trust Drs, and she was in denial .
