According to Good Housekeeping you should:
1) mix 1TBsp of liquid hand dish detergent with 1Tbsp white vinegar and 2 cups of cool water
2) Use a clean white cloth to sponge the mixture onto the stain. Leave on for at least 30 min blotting the stain with clean white fabric every 5 minutes
3) sponge the area off with cool water (on a white fabric)
