      Go to fixya.com.....but it seems that unplugging the blanket at the blanket and making sure all of the prongs/wires are in place can help...it also seems that you can put the plug into the blanket upside down which can cause errors to show up.  My personal advice is to not use the blanket until the error is cleared.
