Most MD's here in the states are called 'General Practitioners' means they are 'head to toe doctors' but not specialist in any field, they can examine your medical condition and suggest a specialist. Just find an MD. There's millions of em. You want a 'checkup' - in a full checkup depending on the doctor he'she will order a few tests consisting of bloodwork, x-rays and other areas that they may be concerned over.
