    How do I get color bars off of tv screen?

    I have a Durabrand TV, mfg date 2008, changed the date/time today, now channels 1 2 3 7 so on have just color bars, no sound, How do I get the channels back?  The TV is not hooked up to our high end Cable TV box, just regular Cable TV 1 - 60 channels.
