I don't know what you mean by setting up a pin number of a debit card, but you may search for your debit-card company's "frequently asked questions" web site on goolge.com, and maybe you'll find what you look for there.

A pin number is what one uses to approve transactions via the debit card such as making purchases and withdrawing money from an atm. PIN stands for personal identification number. A person sets up the PIN through the bank they have the debit card with.
