      Do you have the installation cd? If not, you need to contact Microsoft or if you deleted it by accident  check your recycle bin and undo what you did.

        no i wish i had cd not in recyle bin, i go to control panel ad/removeand cnt even remove it

        Anything you remove ends up in the recycle bin. If it's not there, then you will need to contact Microsoft for a new cd.
