Not all birds are easily trainable. Some take a lot of time and patience while others just never tame down. Do not get angry at the bird. Do not yell at it or hit it or throw things at it. The bird is already uncomfortable in the house which is why he is acting out and acting like he does not lime you. Unless birds are hand fed from birth, it's hard to get them to be tame.
