My Sears Craftsman garage door opener, model # 41A3066, only moves 6 inches either way. I have detached the trolley and it likewise only moves the same small distance. I do not know how much to adjust the limit screws since I do not have an operator's manual for the unit. I can only get some generic manual for a similar unit. Can you help?

Hi, it's weird that your model number is nowhere near that of any of the manuals that are offered.
Try this link...you may have written the model number incorrectly and there may be a manual available for you here.
