    First disconnect both water lines going into the unit. Look into both holes where the lines connect and see if there are screens in each one. If so take a needle or something sharp pointed and gently pry the screens out and see if they are plugged. Wash them off,, a tooth brush works fine. Reinstall. If this was not the problem then I would say you have a bad water control valve. There is one for the hot and one for the cold. One or the other should be allowing water to come into the tank. Try the hot then try the cold. If one works and the other dont ,then that is the one to replace. If you still dont have water then I would say its in the timer control unit and you should have it looked at by a tech.
