You sound like you have very low self-esteem issues...You could join a group..lose a few pounds ?Weight Watchers ..to meet people who are often in a similar situation..but lose the pounds for you and you`ll start to feel more positive and health benefits!..Take up a sport?/Activity...I`m sure you do have a heart of gold...so get out there and put it to good use...Love yourself a bit..and be positive...We all need a push in the right direction sometimes!
