    4. I have an iPod Touch and cannot sync. The message I get is: "This iPod cannot be used because Apple Mobile Device service is not started." I don't have the iPod Phone, it is just an iPod Touch. How can I get back to syncing again?

      Check with iPod community support. Someone there may be able to help you if you are still having a problem with syncing  https://discussions.apple.com/community/ipod/ipod_touch
