I may be going crazy but I "thought" I sent an answer to this one but I sure don't see it! So, I'll try again...maybe my answer is somewhere floating in limbo! Anyway, you can either go to a public library and consult with the librarian or call a major newspaper for that area to see if they have a researcher for their "morgue" (this is where they keep a copy of old back dated newspapers) Some papers will let you come in, some will assist you over the phone...some will tell you to try the library!
