i am experiencingthe sme problem once hotmail is opened any message you read the option to delete move reply dissapears,i tried phoneing microsoft about but grew suspicious when asked to many personal details and rang off but i agreeit is not good at moment,i also have acsess to i pad and hotmail there is find

If you do not like Hotmail there are other e-mail programs that you can try. E-mail programs update the way things are done to stay progressive and to compete with other e-mail programs. Plus as new programs are created, they have to change their programming to add the new programs.
