What does that mean-- "My printer will not load the disk' ?? If you are talking about the supplied disk that came with your printer, you probably won't need it anyway, new O/S on PC and Mac will locate proper driver online or local. If your printer is not printing, you need to try to reinsert the USA (assumed usb) connector and plug it back in-- If this doesn't work, try a cold boot with printer usb connected-- Try different usb ports. Of course making sure your printer is powered up.
Do these things and then if this doesn't work--come back we'll try different proceedures.

I'm wondering if he is trying to put the disc into the printer.
Could it be???....... Nah, can't be. Are people that uh.... Nah ,they can't be.. I don't think.
Then again, they could be referring to an SD card or a thumb-drive and it won't print-- Damn you gotta be a mind reader here sometimes.
