You wish to transfer a video file from a USB device to a computer?
If so, and if the device is already connected, open its folder (found on 'My Computer' folder), click the file once, and then 'Ctrl + c' in order to copy it. Now go to the folder you wish to transfer the file into, and click 'Ctrl + v' in order to paste it inside of it.
