    Thanks for all your help where can i find hw to remove the dash?

      Look under the glove box.  You will find the blower motor.  Does it work?  If not check the ground wires, look along the wires for a fuse of link, check the fuses.  And as stated above, check the linkages in the dash, to insure that they are correctly engaged.

        You will probibly have to take your dash out to check the linkage that open and close the airflow shutters.
